Project To50

Towards the end of the season 2008/2009, a questionnaire was sent to club members asking for their priorities for focus and investment over the coming years.

This survey produced remarkably consistent results across the membership, which were used to feed into a programme of capital investment designed to improve the facilities of the club, increase participation in the game, and ultimately contribute to the long term success of both Claverdon RFC, and the game of rugby football.

This programme of investment has been labelled the To50 Initiative. This is convenient really, as the programme runs up to the club’s 50th season, in 2014/2015. The tasks making up this programme are contained within the presentation below, as we seek to build a better Claverdon RFC for both players and non–players.

Importantly, whenever you see a social function promoted with the To50 logo included, every penny spent at the event will go towards the To50 programme, and put towards long term capital investment. Now, doesn’t that make your beer taste a whole lot sweeter?
